How to find us
Start at the Príncipe Real garden, under the great cedar spread on its iron frame. Tram 24E stops at the garden; from Rato metro (yellow line) it is a short walk downhill along Rua da Escola Politécnica.
Walk north-west past the antique shops, pass the small church with the blue-and-white tiled front, and take the second turning on the right. You are now in Travessa do Âmbar. The house is the pale green door with a brass hand.
Ring the bell. Someone will walk you up to the first floor. If you get lost, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll come down to find you.
Questions, answered briefly
What if I’m running late?
Up to 15 minutes is fine, and we shorten the visit if we must. After that we offer you the next free hour.
Can I cancel or move an appointment?
Yes, free, up to 24 hours before. Use your reference on the booking page. Closer than that, please call or WhatsApp.
Which products do you use?
Argan oil, rhassoul clay, beldi soap, rosewater and orange-blossom water for skin. For colour, a professional range that we can name at your consultation.
What should I bring?
A photo if it helps. For colour, clean dry hair. For the hammam, nothing: we give you a robe and slippers.
Can we come as a group?
Up to four at once for bridal parties, by message. For anything larger we plan the day together.
Do you welcome children?
Children over eight are welcome in the chair. The hammam rooms are for adults.
How do I pay?
At the end of the visit, by card, MB WAY or in cash (euros). We take no deposit.
